Begin by carefully drilling through one corner of the mat, making sure to use a light but firm force to ensure the drill bit breaks through the turf without damaging the surrounding area. Repeat this step on the opposite corner of the mat.
Next, insert the elastic rope through the holes you've created, and slide the anchoring sphere onto the rope. Secure the sphere in place by tying a knot.
