Shipping and Returns


United States (lower 48 states only)


Our products ship via UPS/FedEx Ground. Transit times are generally 1-4 business days. Please not that this does not include the 1-2 business days required to process your order. Generally, items ordered before 12 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day but we cannot guarantee this. 


Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns on greens that have been used. We will always strive to exceed your expectations; however, if we do not, please email Patrick@LowCountryPastimes.Com. 

Step 1: Pack your Floating Golf Green back into the original shipping box- if the green has not been taken out of the box, simply tape the box up and ship it back. If the green has been taken out of the back, it needs to be packed the same way it was received. Please ensure the turf side is rolled on the outside. Use the velcro straps to ensure the mat does not unroll while inside the box. 

Step 2: Using your preferred shipping carrier (U.S. Post Office, Fedex, UPS, etc.), ship the items you wish to return back to us (address below)- We do not send prepaid return labels. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Please include a copy of your packing slip or simply write your order number and name on the the outside of the shipping box so we are clear who the return is coming from.

Step 3: A refund (minus our actual shipping cost) will be issued on the following guidelines- You will be refunded all but the actual shipping cost. Actual shipping cost is the amount we were charged to initially ship the product to you.

*If you would like to know how much your product cost to ship prior to returning your item, please email Patrick@LowCountryPastimes.Com, and we can let you know what your refund will be and what will be kept for shipping. The product purchased, as well as the shipping location, will affect how much we were charged for shipping.*

If the green is not packed properly or the mat is damaged, we will keep 50% of the cost of the green  + actual shipping.
